INGREDIENTS
  

  • 3-4 cups Fresh snipped green beans
  • 1-2 cups Baby bella mushrooms, halved
  • cup Balsamic vinegar
  • Bacon (as deisred)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (as desired)

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Boil the green beans for 7-10 minutes until tender.
  • While the beans boil, halve your mushrooms.
  • Drain the green beans and combine them with mushrooms, bacon, and balsamic vinegar in a ziplock bag or bowl to marinate for a few hours.
  • Transfer the marinated ingredients to a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese in the last few minutes of baking.
