This homemade chicken noodle soup is warm, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. With sautéed veggies, tender shredded rotisserie chicken, and soft noodles in a flavorful broth, it’s a no-fuss recipe that comes together quickly and always hits the spot on busy nights or chilly days.

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- ½ cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 3-4 Tbsp Minced garlic
- 2 Bay leaves
- 64 oz Chicken stock
- 16 oz Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 bag Egg noodles
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a skillet on medium heat add butter, diced carrots, diced onion, diced celery and sautee until soft.
- When veggies are soft, add 3-4 Tbsp of minced garlic, 2 bay leaves and 64oz chicken stock. Bring to a simmer.
- Transfer it to the crockpot and add the rotisserie chicken.
- About 30 minutes before serving add egg noodles (1 bag).
