INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • ½ cup Lite sour cream
  • ½ can Cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup Almond milk
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Optional

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden.
  • Stir in the sour cream and cream of chicken soup, mixing well until smooth and heated through.
  • Stir in the almond milk.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the sauce. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is well combined.
  • Stir in the black pepper and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
