  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Red onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Spicy Honey Glaze

  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the shrimp, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, and red onion onto the skewers.

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the vegetables are slightly charred.
