Ham & Egg Hash Skillet
INGREDIENTS
- Olive oil
- Pepper of choice (optional)
- 1 cup Frozen hash browns
- 3 oz Diced ham
- 2 Eggs
- Shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- In a cast iron skillet, heat a little olive oil and sauté your peppers until soft and fragrant.
- Add 1 cup of frozen hash browns and 3 oz of diced ham to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and stir everything together.
