Ham and Spinach Egg Muffins
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Large eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with silicone muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the diced ham, chopped spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and allow the egg muffins to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the egg muffins from the muffin tin and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely, or serve them warm.
