Easy & Healthy Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs Chicken wings
- Salt & Pepper
- Buffalo/BBQ sauce of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Oven:
- Put frozen wings to the crockpot for a few hours until they’re thawed.
- Once thawed, place them on a broiling sheet and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Flip them over, increase heat to 450°F, and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
For the Air Fryer:
- If frozen, air fry at 375°F for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Increase temp to 400°F and air fry for another 5-10 minutes, check occasionally for desired crispiness
Before Serving:
- Toss in your favorite sauce.
