Chicken Alfredo Rosa
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- Garlic powder
- 1 jar Pasta sauce
- 2 lbs Chicken strips, cut into strips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix milk, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and garlic powder over medium heat to make a home made alfredo sauce
- Set aside
- Add pasta sauce, homemade alfredo, and chicken breasts to crockpot.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
- Serve over noodles.
