Chicken Alfredo Rosa

A quick, high-protein dinner that practically cooks itself.  It starts with a simple, three-ingredient homemade Alfredo sauce (or your favorite jarred version if you’re in a rush), then simmers with tender chicken and rich tomato sauce for a flavorful twist. Just toss it all in the slow cooker, shred, stir, and serve over noodles for an easy, satisfying meal—perfect for busy weeknights!

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 jar Pasta sauce
  • 2 lbs Chicken strips, cut into strips

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Mix milk, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and garlic powder over medium heat to make a home made alfredo sauce
  • Set aside
  • Add pasta sauce, homemade alfredo, and chicken breasts to crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
  • Serve over noodles.
