- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
- Use your hands or spatula to combine ingredients. DO NOT OVER WORK MEAT.
- Using a small scoop or tablespoon, gently roll or shape meatballs.
- Place meatballs ½ - 1 inch apart on a greased cooking sheet.
- Generously spray top of meatballs with cooking spray .
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked.
