Amish-Style Peanut Butter Cream Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 block Softened cream cheese
- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- 1 tub Cool Whip, divided
- 1 Premade 9" graham cracker crust
- 8-10 Mini peanut butter cups, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the filling. Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until it’s silky smooth.
- Fold in the fluff. Gently fold in 1/3 of the Cool Whip to give it that classic light, fluffy Amish-style creaminess.
- Fill the crust. Spread the mixture evenly into your graham cracker crust.
- Finish the top. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over top.
- Add the toppings. Chop and sprinkle peanut butter cups across the top.
- Chill & enjoy. Refrigerate until set.
